Environmental Policy Statement

  • Fulfil all applicable compliance obligations, including environmental laws of Malaysia, contractual environmental requirements, landlord and local-authority rules, and voluntary commitments we adopt.
  • Prevent pollution through responsible control of waste, e-waste, batteries, toner, refrigerants, and related materials.
  • Promote sustainable use of electricity, water, paper, fuel, and other resources, and improve energy efficiency at our offices and warehouse.
  • Address climate change through mitigation (reduction of operational greenhouse gas footprint) and adaptation (resilience to utility disruption).
  • Ensure environmentally responsible disposal of obsolete IT assets through DOE-licensed and traceable channels.

  • Continually improving our Environmental Management System (EMS) and our environmental performance and raise awareness and accountability among employees, contractors, and relevant providers.

  • The policy is maintained as documented information, communicated within the Company, and made available to interested parties on request.
