Job Responsibilities
Take charge of IT hardware repair and testing, ensuring efficient resolutions to technical issues.
Prepare and verify IT hardware for system implementations, ensuring smooth integration.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and network issues, both on-site and through online support.
Collaborate with customers during installations by providing front POS training.
Deliver hardware to our esteemed customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Stay up-to-date with customer image data, providing smooth system implementations.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum education level of SPM or equivalent.
Possess a basic understanding of IT.
Passion for staying abreast of the latest technological advancements.
Having your own transport is essential. A GDL license would be an added advantage.
Willing to travel outstation when required, providing valuable on-site support to our customers.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Mandarin proficiency is required for direct interaction with retail customers, including mini marts and small-scale groceries.
