Job Responsibilities
Acquire an in-depth understanding of client requirements and competitively position company solutions to meet client’s needs.
Tailor sales presentations and proposals for potential clients.
Schedule and meet clients to cultivate strong relationships.
Drive sales growth to achieve individual sales targets.
Scout for potential prospects and sales leads to increase client database and create new business opportunities.
To perform all other duties that HOD assigns from time to time.
Quarterly sales target review and adjustment.
Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge in the ICT field.
Proven experience as a field sales representative or any other sales role.
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota.
Good presentation skills and ability to conduct sales pitches.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable talking and dealing with the decision maker.
Able to collaborate within a team and may lead a sub-team.
Solid experience in dealing with corporate clients and doing B2B sales will be an added advantage.
Proficient knowledge of a Customer Relationship Management system or Salesforce system, which allows businesses to manage business relationships and the data and information associated with them.
Sales-driven, aggressive, proactive and able to work under pressure.
Enjoy meeting people and possess an inquisitive mind to understand client needs.
