We're looking for an Application Support Team Lead to lead the talented team and make a significant impact in the world of software application support. Job Responsibilities
Lead our team by providing invaluable guidance and advice to our dedicated team members. the
Skillfully delegate tasks to your team members, ensuring that everyone contributes their unique strengths to achieve common goals.
Take ownership of projects, manage their progress and report to key stakeholders.
Conduct software installations, provide comprehensive training, and monitor customer issues to deliver innovative solutions.
Respond promptly to customer's service issues and requests, ensuring their satisfaction.
Prepare operation manual and customization specs sheet upon customer request.
Provide technical support or demos to customers and attend to customer requests after office hours including weekends and public holidays.
Conduct system testing and User Acceptance Tests for new version release.
Provide timely reports to the section manager or department head.
Effectively manage coordination at international levels, as and when required by the department head or Management, eg onsite support overseas.
Skills & Qualifications
At least a diploma in the IT related field.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
A strong command of both written and spoken English is essential. Proficiency in additional languages is a definite advantage.
Demonstrate proficiency in SQL command and networking.
Able to multitask, fast learner and setting priorities of work within deadlines.
