Job Responsibilities
Take charge of on-site installations for hardware to systems, especially for new users.
Empower users through on-site training sessions and engaging presentations, showcasing the full potential of our product features to both new and existing clients.
Prepare and develop essential documentation, including comprehensive software user guides and customized software requests, while also conducting rigorous software testing.
Provide timely and effective support to users, addressing inquiries related to Point-of-Sales (POS) and resolving technical issues through remote troubleshooting and debugging of systems.
Proactively track, follow-up, and resolve customer issues, leveraging our ticketing system to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Skills & Qualifications
Hold at least a diploma in an IT-related field.
Bring at least 1 year of valuable working experience in a related field
Proficient in writing and speaking English, enabling clear communication with our clientele.
Demonstrate proficiency in SQL command and networking.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with multitasking abilities and an aptitude for setting priorities to meet deadlines.
