How Our Story Begins…

QubeApps is turning 13, and we’re celebrating in a whole new way—a glamping getaway under the stars! ✨

Welcome to the celebration! Let’s look back on our journey together, through both hard times and great victories.

We started small, with fewer than 10 people working in a modest shop lot. Those early days were not easy. We faced many challenges and uncertainties, but every difficulty made us stronger and more determined.

Step by step, we are a family of over 110 dedicated team members across 12 departments today. Our footprints are now in 16 different countries—a clear sign of our growth and teamwork.

Our theme, Building Foundations, Strengthening Teams, shows what matters most to us: working together, supporting one another, and building a strong company culture. Every challenge we overcame and every success we celebrated was made possible by our shared dedication.

Just like our team, it is made up of many small pieces, coming together to form something strong and enduring. The metallic finish represents our resilience, while the flowing ribbon weaving through it symbolizes the unbreakable bonds that connect us.

Important Notes

What To Bring?

  • All shirts will be provided in your starter kit. (Except for free & easy time)
  • Outdoor Wear: Clothes for free & easy outdoor activities.
  • Sleepwear: Suitable for a good night’s rest.
  • Basics: Enough undergarments and socks.
  • Footwear: Covered/sport shoes for activities and sandals/flip-flops for showers.
  • Extras: Hat, sunglasses, and etc.

  • Basics: Toothbrush and toothpaste. Shampoo will be provided.

  • Towels (Note: Towels will be provided for those staying in a room.)

  • Protection: Sunscreen, insect repellent etc.

  • Any other personal care items you require.

  • Electronics: Mobile phone and charger/power bank. 
  • Essentials: Wallet, ID, cash, and credit cards. 
  • Any personal medications (if needed). 
  • Water bottle 

  • For those sensitive to snoring, consider bringing earplugs or noise-cancelling headphones for a peaceful sleep.
  • If you tend to snore, you might want to bring a nasal clip or any snoring aid that works for you.

Transport Arrangements

  • Be at Imazium & HQ by 6:30 AM sharp for departure.

  • Meet at Beacon Resort lobby by 8:00 AM. A dedicated parking area is reserved for those who submitted their car plate numbers.
